The company was established in 1989. Since 1991 it has specialized in creating the software for the media use (newspapers, TV and radio newsrooms) in the field of gathering, organizing, and seeking out information, as well as streamlining the newsroom work.

In September 1991 the first version of the Flash system system was implemented for "Radio Zet". Short after that the next implementations took place, amongst them in the "TV Information Agency", the "Gazeta Wyborcza" newspaper, and in many other newsrooms. The system has been modernized many times. Currently, various versions of the system are in use: starting from the DOS version, through the 16 bit Windows one (both versions work basing on the Btrieve database engine), to the 32 bit Windows versions using the InterBase, FireBird or Oracle databases.

In 1992 the Spiegel system was created and implemented in the TV Information Agency of the Polish Television. The system streamlined the TV newsroom work and is no longer in use. Currently its successor which is the Runner system created in 1994 is used.

The editorial staff of the "PC - Kurier" periodical awarded the Flash system with the title of "Product of the year" in 1992, and the Runner system was given an honourable mention in the "Product of the year 1995".

In the next years the Runner and Flash systems were implemented in all of the newsrooms of thePolish Television, the Polsat TV channel, the TV4 channel and the Wisła TV channel.

The Runner system has been modernized many times and adapted to work together with various emission devices. It was also adapted to cooperate with other computer systems. Many modules of software, which assist the newsroom work, have also been created, amongst them the Strada, Reporter, and Runner-WWW systems.

The company constantly supervises and assists the implemented systems.

In 2004 based on the new experience a new system Runplanner has been created. It replaces the Flash and Runner systems, which have been hitherto used in the newsrooms.
